1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or purchasing services from DevBookOn, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Services Provided

DevBookOn provides web design, WordPress setup, and business consulting services as described on our website. The specific scope of each engagement is defined by the pricing plan selected at the time of purchase:

• Starter (€9.99) — Professional WordPress design and full site setup
• Essential (€17.99) — Design + setup plus a 15-minute strategy call
• Professional (€27.99) — Design + setup with a 30-minute consulting deep-dive
• Premium (€49.99) — Design + setup with a 45-minute comprehensive consulting session

3. Payment Terms

All prices are listed in Euros (€) and are one-time payments unless otherwise stated. Full payment is required before any service work commences. We accept payments through the methods listed at checkout. DevBookOn reserves the right to modify pricing at any time; however, price changes will not affect orders already placed and paid.

4. Delivery

We aim to deliver completed projects within 48–72 hours of receiving all required client materials and information. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on project complexity, the completeness of information provided, and current workload. We are not liable for delays caused by the client's failure to provide required materials in a timely manner.

5. Client Responsibilities

To facilitate timely and accurate delivery, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and timely information via the onboarding form
• Supply all brand assets (logo, images, copy) required for the project
• Be available for the consulting call at the agreed scheduled time (where applicable)
• Respond to our communications within a reasonable timeframe

6. Revisions

Each plan includes one round of revisions based on the original project brief. Revision requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. Requests that fall outside the original scope, or additional revision rounds, may be quoted separately and require additional payment.

7. Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment and final delivery of the completed project, you retain ownership of the final website design. DevBookOn retains the right to showcase the completed work as part of our portfolio, unless you submit a written request to opt out within 30 days of delivery.

Any third-party assets (fonts, stock images, plugins) used remain subject to their respective licenses. It is the client's responsibility to obtain any required commercial licenses for continued use.

8. Consulting Sessions

Consulting sessions included in Essential, Professional, and Premium plans are conducted via video call. Sessions must be scheduled within 30 days of purchase. DevBookOn is not responsible for outcomes resulting from advice given during consulting sessions — all strategic decisions remain the sole responsibility of the client.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DevBookOn shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services or the inability to use our services. Our maximum aggregate liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the service in question.

10. Warranties

We warrant that services will be performed with reasonable skill and care. We do not warrant that the website will achieve any specific business results, traffic levels, or search engine rankings. All other warranties, express or implied, are disclaimed to the fullest extent permitted by law.

11. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use our services to create websites or content that: promotes illegal activities, contains hate speech or discrimination, infringes third-party intellectual property rights, or violates any applicable laws or regulations.

12. Termination

DevBookOn reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate service to any client for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms. In the event of termination before project completion, refunds will be handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.

13. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by applicable European Union law. Any disputes that cannot be resolved by mutual agreement shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts.

14. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
