DevBookOn provides web design, WordPress setup, and consulting services as described on our website. The scope of each service is defined by the selected pricing plan at the time of purchase.
All prices are listed in Euros (€) and are one-time payments unless otherwise stated. Payment is required in full before service delivery commences. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time; changes do not affect existing orders.
We aim to deliver completed work within 48–72 hours of receiving all required client materials. Timelines are estimates and may vary based on project complexity and information provided.
You are responsible for providing accurate, complete information required to complete the project (e.g., brand details, copy, images). Delays in providing materials may result in extended delivery timelines.
Upon receipt of full payment and delivery of the completed project, you own the final website design. DevBookOn retains the right to display the work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.
Each plan includes one round of revisions based on the original brief. Additional revisions or scope changes may incur extra charges, which will be communicated and agreed upon in advance.
DevBookOn shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service in question.
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service to anyone for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these terms.

We are committed to delivering high-quality web design and consulting services. If you are not satisfied, we want to make it right.
If you request a cancellation before any design or consulting work has commenced, you are entitled to a full refund. Please contact us within 7 days of purchase at contact@devbookon.com.
Once design or consulting work has commenced, refunds are issued at our discretion based on the proportion of work completed. We will work with you to find a fair resolution.
No refunds are issued once the final deliverable (completed website) has been approved and delivered to the client, or once a consulting session has taken place.
Consulting sessions are non-refundable once scheduled and confirmed. If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
To request a refund, email us at contact@devbookon.com with your order details and reason for the request. We aim to respond within 3 business days.
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method, depending on your payment provider.
