Refund Policy
1. Our Commitment
At DevBookOn, we are committed to delivering high-quality web design and consulting services. Your satisfaction matters to us. If something is not right, we want to make it right — please reach out before assuming a refund is required, as we'll always try to resolve issues first.

3. Pre-Commencement Refunds
If you request a cancellation before any design or consulting work has commenced, you are entitled to a full refund. Please contact us at contact@devbookon.com within 7 days of your purchase date. Refund requests submitted after 7 days without prior communication may be declined.
4. Mid-Project Cancellations
Once design or consulting work has commenced, refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis, proportional to the work completed. We will communicate transparently about what work has been done and work with you to reach a fair resolution. Partial refunds, if approved, will reflect the proportion of the project not yet completed.
5. Completed Deliverables
No refunds are issued once the final website has been delivered and approved by the client. "Approval" is defined as: (a) the client's explicit written confirmation, or (b) the passage of 7 days after delivery without any feedback or revision request.
6. Consulting Sessions
Consulting sessions (included in Essential, Professional, and Premium plans) are non-refundable once conducted. If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled session time. Failure to attend a session without prior notice forfeits the session without refund.
7. Non-Delivery
In the unlikely event that DevBookOn fails to deliver the agreed service within a reasonable extended timeframe (beyond 14 days from purchase, with no communication from our side), you are entitled to a full refund upon request.
8. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund request:
- Email us at contact@devbookon.com
- Include your name, order details, and reason for the request
- We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days
- We aim to resolve all refund cases within 5 business days
9. Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. DevBookOn is not responsible for delays caused by third-party financial institutions.
10. Disputes
We always prefer to resolve issues directly and amicably. If you are unsatisfied with the outcome of a refund request, you may escalate the matter through your payment provider's dispute resolution process or applicable consumer protection channels.
